Victorine has been at the Bethel Children’s Home for just over a year along with her

sister Rael. She is 5 years old and in Kindergarten and doing very well. The girls father died in 2013 and their mother is HIV+. She runs a small business selling sugarcane but is unable to support her two daughters.
