MOVE ASIDE BABAS
Bethel had 3 perogie making bees under the supervision of Janet Dyr
da of Blue Sky
Bakery, Teulon. We made approximately 450 dozen perogies- that is 5400 individual
perogies!! As we progressed, we were working like a well-oiled machine-rolling,
pinching, boiling and packaging.
Our profit was over $2500 which goes directly to the building fund for the boy’s dormitory.
To our customers-Enjoy those perogies and watch for our sale again next year.
